Founder and Lead Consultant

With more than 25 year real world business ownership or management experience, he has owned several small businesses in a variety of industries and has coached or consulted with hundreds of business owners, franchisors and franchisees. Our founder created The Franchise Guys in 2004 with a belief that nothing could be more rewarding than helping people achieve life goals.  Along the way seeing them grow from "Grand Idea" to "Grand Opening" and building lifelong relationships is a passion at the heart of everything we do today.  As a company we have provided franchise development assistance to companies that are interested in franchising their businesses and others looking to accelerate their success. 

 

 

Owner Broker 

With an extensive background working with Fortune 500 companies, managing enterprise sales, marketing and operations Functions, he specializes in business Strategy, and the optimization of operations and business system deployment.  Building scalable systems to support repeatable process to deliver consistent results is a critical success factor for any business. 

 

 

VP of Operations 

With more than 25 years in the franchise industry comprising, owning franchise businesses, operating units, managing territories and developing regional territories.  Specializing mainly in the food industry, he has directed franchise operations for a 5 county territory, with 65 Franchisees operating 130 restaurants, and added 28 stores over 2 years for a current total of 158.

 

Operations is about taking a good process and making sure it is followed to ensure consistent, efficient and effective results.  Training programs, hiring and HR policy are key to success.  Our operations expert  has been responsible for the development of training programs which resulted in increased sales and is involved in direct training and field support to single unit and multi-unit franchisees.

 

 

VP of Sales

As a veteran in the Franchise industry building large networks of national brands our VP of sales is actually your VP of sales.  He works with clients to develop sales plans and works with you to find and convert prospects into highly motivated candidates for your concept.

 

 

Brand Marketing & Promotions Manager 

Following a distinguished career in Global marketing with fortune 500 companies, our Brand marketing manager works with you to create and communicate the brand value.  The messages developed are embedded into the selling and telling and reinforced through training and development of your staff.  After all your brand is a big reason why others want to join your system.  

 

 

Internet Marketing Manager 

Having an online presence is not a choice.  Understanding social networking and online marketing is an essential part of your marketing mix.  Our internet marketing manager works with clients to develop the online brand and develop ongoing strategies to maintain a vibrant internet presense.

 

 

Legal Counsel

Legal compliance, documentation, policies and procedures need to be developed and reviewed.  Our in house counsel provides most of the support but certain activities require specialist independent review and for those activities we have a network of dependable experts available to compliment our in house expertise.

 

 

Administration and Infrastructure Support

Documentation, new systems, tools, processes often require extra attention as people become familiar with new modes of operation.  Building scalable processes often introduces new technologies unfamiliar to the business owner.  We provide assistance during the implementation of these sytems and often "host" capabilities for our clients such as web sites, PBX systems, e-mail marketer, payroll, and accounting.
